Do It Yourself!  This is the phrase we all hear when it comes to cutting costs.  Well, with Real Estate, not a good idea.  A recent article released proved this fact by stating that the owner and CEO of the “forsalebyowner” website learned this the hard way. He was not successful in selling his own New York condo, so after 6 months he had to hire a real estate professional who sold the condo and brought him a higher price than he expected.
